BWoody Performance Return Policy
In order to protect us, as well as consumers against fraudulent card activity, We have enhanced our AVS & CVV filters on our online processors. These filters will notify us of any strange activity, which will cause your order to either be delayed, canceled, or the order will be shipped to your billing address. Strange activity could be anything from several failed attempts to pass AVS criteria, incorrect CVV code, and incorrect billing information.
Paypal orders may be subject to processing fees, and will only ship to the address indicated when submitting payment.
Products are shipped via FedEx and USPS.
We offer expedited shipping options via FedEx Express to meet customers needs, please call 443-456-3368 / 3369 for a shipping quote.
ALL Shipments are signature required, Please be aware of this upon choosing your shipping address.
The signature required option CANNOT be changed once the item has shipped, if this is an issue, we must address this before the item has shipped. You must call the number above. DO NOT put the request in your order notes.
All packages are picked up from our location by the carrier between 10am - 4pm est. Monday-Friday (excluding govt. holidays)
we issue each customer a tracking number as soon as the label is created for their shipment, each package must be scanned at the terminal for the tracking number to become active, please allow up to 24 hours for the number to become active after receiving your tracking confirmation. (in most cases they are trackable within a few hours after pickup.)
Note: Our website offers a flat-rate shipping fee for U.S. Ground shipping only, Extra shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska will apply.
International shipments are shipped with USPS. (FedEx upon customer request)Please call or email our sales department BEFORE placing your order for a shipping quote to your country. Return Merchant Authorization Number is required for all returns.

Parts shipments sent in without an RMA number may be discarded or refused and returned to sender at senders cost.
Approved RMA: We have a 14 day return policy on stocked parts, all shipping charges and restocking fees are the customers responsibility.
Refund / Store Credit WILL NOT be processed until receiving & inspecting returned item.
Be sure to pack parts securely upon returning, damaged items will not be accepted. We recommend insuring all return shipments.

Order cancellation may be subject to a 5-35% fee depending on the product in which was ordered, to cover processing fees and other fees applied by our vendors.
15% restocking fee on standard (stocked) parts.
25% restocking fee on non-stocked parts.
No return or refund on special ordered parts/ packages.
No return on Tools (Crank pinning kits, pulley tools, etc.)
No return or refund on electrical items.
No return or refund on Tuning packages.
Adjustable items are considered special ordered parts.
No return on products with upgraded bushings, as delrin is pressed into the part- it cannot be removed.
No return on powder coated items unless they are powder coated with the parts standard color. (wrinkle black, silver)
Absolutely no refund on custom powder coated items.
Absolutely no returns, exchanges or refunds on installed parts.
No Shipping refund on returned parts.
BWP Automotive concepts accepts no liability for parts installed incorrectly.
BWP Automotive concepts accepts no liability for customers installation costs at shops other than BWoody Performance. Customers responsibility to verify parts before installation as fitment may vary.

We will not share or sell our customer information with any third party.
