BWoody Performance is a veteran-owned, family operated company dedicated to designing and manufacturing high-quality aftermarket parts for modern muscle and performance vehicles. We first gained popularity in the Neon SRT-4 community, where we built our repuatation in the performance world. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise to platforms like Hellcats, Jeep SRT, TRX, WRX, Ford F150s, and more, delivering industry-leading products that enhance power, handling, and reliability. Every product we offer is manufactured in-house and rigorously tested on our personal vehicles before release, ensuring top tier quality and performance. Built on a foundation of precision, innovation, and a passion for performance, we continue to push the limits of what WE - and fellow enthusiasts can achieve with our vehicles. 

Nearly every product in our catalog is backed by a one-year manfuacturer warranty - something almost unheard of in the racing world. If one of our products fails due to a design or manufacturing defct, we'll replace it, no questions asked.

Shipping & Returns

BWoody Performance Return Policy

• Products are shipped via FedEx and USPS. *if you have a preference please call 443-456-3368*
• We offer expedited shipping options via FedEx Express to meet customers needs, please call 443-456-3368 / 3369 for a shipping quote.
• Smaller orders (swaybar links, catch cans, pin kits, ETC.) are shipped via USPS.
• ALL FedEx Shipments are signature required, Please be aware of this upon choosing your shipping address.
• The signature required option CANNOT be changed once the item has shipped, if this is an issue, we must address this before the item has shipped. You must call the number above. DO NOT put the request in your order notes.
• All packages are picked up from our location by the carrier between 10am - 4pm est. Monday-Friday (excluding govt. holidays)
• we issue each customer a tracking number as soon as the label is created for their shipment, each package must be scanned at the terminal for the tracking number to become active, please allow up to 24 hours for the number to become active after receiving your tracking confirmation. (in most cases they are trackable within a few hours after pickup.)

Our website calculates flat rate shipping for US-48 Ground shipping only, Extra shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska will apply.

Return Policy:

BWP Automotive concepts assumes no liability for customers purchasing the incorrect parts for vehicles due to not reading product descriptions - NO RETURNS accepted in this case. No exemptions.

• Order cancellation may be subject to a 15-35% fee depending on the product in which was ordered, to cover processing fees and other fees applied by our vendors.
• 25% restocking fee on standard (stocked) parts.
• 35% restocking fee on non-stocked parts. (includes back ordered parts)
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs.
• No Shipping refund on returned parts. (If customer received free shipping, this will be deducted from refund total)
• All Brand items other than BWoody Performance are considered "Non-Stocked parts" or "Special Ordered"
• A processing fee will apply for all PayPal & Stripe payments (will show as a handling charge on invoice) This fee is Non-refundable. This fee does not apply to Credit/ Debit card payments.
• No return or refund on special ordered parts/ packages. (Includes upgraded bushings & Intakes)
• No return on products with upgraded bushings of any kind, as delrin is pressed into the part- it cannot be removed. (Special Ordered)
• Absolutely No return or refund on any financed orders (Affirm, Klarna, PayPal Pay in 4)
• Adjustable items are considered special ordered parts. (Special Ordered)
• No return on powder coated items unless they are powder coated with the parts standard color. (wrinkle black, silver)
• Absolutely no refund on custom powder coated items. (Special Ordered)
• Powdercoat is NOT a match for OE paint. 
• No return on Tools (Crank pinning kits, pulley tools, etc.)
• No return or refund on electrical items or Tuning Packages. (Special Ordered)
• No return or refund on filters. 
• Absolutely no returns, exchanges or refunds on installed parts. 
• BWP Automotive concepts accepts no liability for parts installed incorrectly.
• BWP Automotive concepts accepts no liability for customers installation costs at shops other than BWoody Performance. Customers responsibility to verify parts before installation as fitment may vary.

BWoody Performance maintains a customer database for the sole purposes of ensuring customer satisfaction and developing customer relations. We will not share or sell our customer information with any third party. We also maintain a newsletter, to keep our customers informed of any new products, promotions, etc. This mailing list will only be used by BWoody Performance, and will never be shared or sold to a third party.
